Job Description
Conduct legal research on the potential or apparent issues of the assigned cases
Analyze and summarize legal documents and supporting documents such as medical records, insurance report, and other relevant case documents, providing insightful analysis to facilitate the development of the case
Research cases by interviewing witnesses, reading deposition transcript, and reviewing evidence;
Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents such as memos, pleadings, discovery demands and responses, hearing briefs, motions and responses to motions. Ensure these documents accurately reflect the legal position
Collaborate with the case managing attorney to devise a legal strategy and tactics for the case;
Perform discovery of various electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation;
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and completion of two years at an accredited law school.
