Heejin Im joined Chongwon Law Group with a diverse background in both legal and corporate settings. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Law Clerk at a U.S. law firm and served as a Compliance Officer at a manufacturing company, gaining valuable insight into legal processes and regulatory practice. She holds an LL.M. from Washington University in St. Louis, where she built a solid academic foundation in legal studies. At Chongwon, Heejin focuses on family-based immigration petitions, adjustment of status applications, K-1 fiancé(e) visas, and waiver applications. She also plays a key role in finalizing employment-based petitions, working closely with corporate clients and supporting attorneys with case preparation and communication.
