Myeonggeun Jeong is an attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey with a multidisciplinary background in law, mathematics, and finance. He currently serves as an Associate Attorney at Chongwon Law Group in New York, where he focuses on U.S. immigration law. 


His legal practice encompasses a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based petitions, nonimmigrant visas, waivers, and removal defense. He has

experience advising clients, preparing petitions and legal briefs, and representing individuals in proceedings before U.S. immigration agencies and courts. 


Before practicing law, Mr. Jeong earned a Ph.D. in Financial Mathematics and worked in quantitative analysis, legal research, and policy advisory roles. He received his J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and holds advanced degrees in mathematics from KAIST.
