Shinwha Kim is a dedicated immigration attorney admitted to the New York State Bar in March 2011, with a strong commitment to advocating for individuals, families, and businesses navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Since joining Kim, Song & Associates, PLLC in 2018, he has focused his practice on a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including O-1, H-1B, E-2, E-3, R-1, EB-1, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, F-1, and removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
His legal foundation was built through extensive hands-on experience during law school, including service at the New England Law | Boston Clinical Law Office, where he represented clients in family law matters under the supervision of licensed attorneys. He also gained valuable insight into municipal and housing law through his work with a city law office and participation in the New York City Civil Court's Volunteer Lawyer for the Day Program, where he assisted pro se tenants in housing disputes.
